How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty cardboard mailers with reinforced corners and extra padding to prevent seam splits and ring wear during transit.
What is your return policy for opened records?
We accept returns on defective or warped vinyl within 30 days of purchase. However, we cannot accept returns on opened records for change-of-mind reasons.
Are all the records on SoundsLikeVinyl brand new?
Yes, we specialize in factory-sealed, brand-new pressings. If a listing is for a vintage or pre-owned item, it will be clearly marked with a specific grading score.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What should I do if my record arrives warped?
Please contact our support team immediately with a photo of the record. We will provide a pre-paid return label and ship out a replacement copy at no extra cost.
Can I cancel a pre-order item?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy applies.
