At SoundsLikeVinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If your equipment or records don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and stylus guards, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are fully covered.
Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware or media for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
